POWER GENERATORS.
Plant overhaul and routine maintenance practice is centered around general inspections which
consist of checking for leaks, assessing oil and coolant levels, glancing at the belts and hoses
and checking the battery terminals and cables. Inspecting & regular change of the oil, repairs
and installation & replacement of damaged parts.
AIR COMPRESSORS.
Plant overhaul and routine maintenance practice; Cleaning the air intake filters and heat
exchangers, draining the condensate receiver tank, carrying out oil change, servicing oil filter,
air filter, oil separator, belts/drive coupling, tightening bolts & nuts, and maintaining lubricant
level.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS.
Plant overhaul and routine maintenance practice; Checking Breather Caps, Fill Screens and
Breather Filters, cleaning area around dipsticks, fill plugs and hydraulic filters, checking and/or
changing the hydraulic fluid, inspecting the fluid levels, filter indicators and rod conditions,
replacing the seals, and checking up the hydraulic lines.
